- Add chicken, broth, rice, veggies, garlic, and seasonings to slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred, and stir back in. Add lemon juice, adjust seasoning, serve.
Notes
- Use frozen veggies & jarred garlic for less prep.
- Double batch and freeze half.
- Add cream or coconut milk for a creamy version.
